Return Process
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To initiate a return, email us at info@taylormaria.com with your order details and reason for return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval or if more than 30 days have passed since delivery. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Approval and processing may take up to 7 days. No restocking fees apply.
Exchanges
